Critical Thinking
The ability to think deeper about content and complex problems — working with resilience, confidence, and a growth mindset.
We partner with districts, charters, and community organizations to make small, personalized learning a reality for every child in districts and communities across Texas. In our community-designed microschools, students learn through the arts and real-world service in safe, mixed-age pods where they’re truly known. More than half of our students are at-risk, yet they rank in the top quartile for growth. We’re proving that exceptional education belongs to all kids in all environments.
TriPoint Schools is harnessing the power of microschools to better serve students and meet the needs of families. We started in response to listening to parents and teachers — what they actually wanted: schools that were smaller, safer, more personalized, and rooted in real-world experience. It was also designed to break barriers — microschools shouldn’t be reserved only for families who can pay for them. This is why we built TriPoint — Texas’ first free, public microschool.
What emerged is a student-centered and family-responsive school model, organized into small mixed-age pods, with the flexibility to meet every child where they actually are. Learning experiences are threaded into the academics so children master content the way it sticks — by living it. Most importantly — Students feel seen and supported. Families feel seen and heard. Teachers feel seen and freed.
Three years later, we are well on our way to ensuring our students will be — PREPARED, INTENTIONAL & RESILIENT.
At the core, TriPoint is where students find their tribe, build confidence, and develop as a person. It all starts with three beliefs about how students reach their full potential.
The ability to think deeper about content and complex problems — working with resilience, confidence, and a growth mindset.
Real-world connections are how students reach their full potential — alongside the city, neighbors, and partners they serve.
Students should be prepared to tackle an ever-changing world by creating change in their own communities.
A handful of choices that — together — make a TriPoint education feel different from the moment a family walks through the door.
Our secret sauce. Talented learning facilitators who know every student by name, story, and stretch goal.
Top-quartile growth in math and reading — proof that small classrooms can be both warm and rigorous.
From local outings to our beloved ranch trip — learning that lives outside the classroom walls.
Every student. Every day. Art is not an elective at TriPoint — it's part of how children think.
Board games, food, and gatherings that turn school into a community — not just a place children go.
For families who want learning to keep its rhythm — shorter breaks, more touchpoints, less summer slide.
Schedules that fit families, not the other way around. Apprenticeships, jobs, caregiving — life can stay in the picture.
Our K-12 schools live inside the neighborhoods they serve. Each campus has its own character and its own mark — held together by the same belief: every child deserves a place where they are known.
Studios for painting, music, and movement. A maker space. A reading nook bigger than the principal's office. Built around arts integration and project-based discovery.
Children leave the building most weeks — to a clinic, a kitchen, a city council meeting, a community garden. Then come back and build something with what they learned.
Enrollment, calendars, family resources, and day-to-day campus life live on our school site.
An affiliate network for entrepreneurial teachers and community organizations with a strong vision for a school — and no interest in building the back end from scratch. You keep your brand, your culture, and creative control. We bring the platform.
